The Pack 133 Leadership Team
(all of our leaders are parent volunteers)

Cubmaster
Eric Toscano
A former Cub Scout and Boy Scout, Eric grew up in Merced County and Sonoma County. He moved from San Francisco to Mill Valley in July 2020 with his wife and two sons—one Lion Scout and one Webelos AOL Scout. Eric enjoys all types of outdoor activities, especially hiking and camping. He is looking forward to his fourth year as Cubmaster—and his second as Cubmaster of Pack 133.

Assistant Cubmaster
Adam Klann
Adam is Pack 133’s Assistant Cubmaster and previously served as Cubmaster for Pack 3017 in Singapore. A Life Scout and Baloo/IOLS-trained leader, he draws on his experience in scouting and leadership roles to support the pack. Outside of scouting, Adam enjoys photography, skiing, snowboarding, sailing, and cooking. He and his wife Lisa moved to Mill Valley in 2025 with their two sons, Daniel (Arrow of Light) and James (Wolf).

Committee Chair
Melissa A. Jenkins
Melissa, a proud parent of twin Webelos II Scouts, is serving as Pack 133’s Committee Chair. This marks her fourth year of enjoying Scouting adventures with her twins and husband, Greg—though Rowdy the cat certainly misses them when they’re away! A Mill Valley native, Melissa loves exploring the natural beauty around us and spending time hiking, cooking, BBQing, and sharing family adventures.

Advancement & Events Coordinator/Pack Committee
Sara Halterman
Sara is mom to three Scouts and one very scout-like dog. She has been a Scout leader since 2011 and has worn nearly every hat in the Pack—Campfire Chef, Pinewood Derby Master Engineer, Popcorn Guru, Badge Wizard, Blue & Gold Maestro, Den Adventure Captain, Swag Queen, Logistics Legend, and Volunteer Wrangler. She loves making Scouting fun, memorable, and meaningful, enjoys creating adventures and celebrations the whole Pack can enjoy, and makes a mean dutch oven mac & cheese.

Arrow of Light Den Leader
Erik Halterman
An emeritus Cubmaster, Erik has been a leader in Pack 133 since his son Charlie first put on a Tiger Cub uniform back in 2016. He lives in Mill Valley with his wife Sara and their three children. A Bay Area native, Erik grew up in Half Moon Bay where he was a Cub Scout and Boy Scout himself. He loves hiking on Mount Tam, hunting for mushrooms, painting, and building Pinewood Derby cars in his garage. He’s still up for big adventures—last summer he spent 10 days canoeing 150 miles through the lakes of Minnesota and Canada on a Northern Tier high adventure trip. This year, he’s excited to guide the Arrow of Light den through their final Cub Scout journey.

Webelos Den Leader
Stephen Czapiga
A proud parent of a Webelos Scout in his second year with Pack 133, Stephen will be Leader of a Webelos Scout Den of eight Scouts.

Treasurer and Bear Den Leader/Pack Committee
Brien Porter
Brien was a cub scout in Southern California. His hobbies are skiing and scuba diving. He is a PADI certified divemaster. He has two children, both in our pack.

Wolf Den Leader
Jason Baker
A proud parent of a Wolf Scout in his second year with Pack 133, Jason will be Leader of a Wolf Scout Den of twelve Scouts.

Tiger Den Co-Leaders
Dustin and Catherine St. Clair
Catherine and Dustin are in their second year of Scouting and are the proud parents of a Tiger Scout. They are looking forward to leading a den of ten Tiger Scouts!

Lion Den Co-Leader
Stephanie Toscano
A former high school ROTC member with training on the rifle team as a marksman and experience in orienteering, Stephanie grew up in San Antonio, Texas. She moved from San Francisco to Mill Valley in July 2020 with her husband (Cubmaster Eric) and two sons—one Lion Scout and one Arrow of Light Scout. Although she has been involved in Scouting for several years as a parent, this is her first year as a Den Leader. She is looking forward to preparing fun and educational programming for our youngest Pack 133 Scouts!

Lion Den Co-Leader
Travis Scott
Travis is new to Pack 133 and is the parent of a Lion Scout. He is looking forward to introducing Scouting to the youngest members of Pack 133!

Scouting for Food Chair/Pack Committee
Lisa Klann
Lisa and her husband (Assistant Cubmaster Adam Klann), moved from Singapore to Mill Valley in 2025 with their two sons, Daniel (Arrow of Light) and James (Wolf). As Scouting for Food Chair, Lisa will be responsible for coordinating Scouting for Food, the Marin Council’s annual door-to-door community service food collection campaign that takes place each November. The food collected from Scouting for Food will be donated to the SF-Marin Food Bank in San Rafael.

Webmaster and Derby Tech/Pack Committee
Mike Cialowicz
Mike grew up camping and exploring on the East Coast, and has lived in California for more than a decade. Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time biking and hiking with his three boys, as well as SCUBA diving, photography, and aviation. This is Mike's fourth year involved in scouting, and he relishes in helping the pack with any tech-related duties.
