Cubmaster

Eric Toscano

A former Cub Scout (Pack 315 in Los Banos, CA) and Boy Scout (Troop 16 in Sonoma, CA), Eric grew up in Merced and Sonoma Counties. He moved from San Francisco to Mill Valley in July 2020 with his wife and two sons. His younger son is a Tiger Scout in Pack 133; his older son recently completed the Cub Scout program and is continuing his Scouting journey in Mill Valley Troop 1. Eric enjoys all types of outdoor activities, especially hiking and camping. He has completed BALOO (Basic Adult Leader Outdoor Orientation) training and will complete his Wood Badge training later this year. He is looking forward to his fifth year as Cubmaster.

Assistant Cubmaster

Dustin St. Clair

Dustin is in his third year of Scouting and is the proud parent of a Wolf Scout, along with his wife, Catherine, who serves as the Wolf Den Leader. He is excited to support Pack 133 this year as Assistant Cubmaster and help make Scouting a great experience for all of our families.

Committee Chair

Adam Klann

Adam is Pack 133's Committee Chair. He previously served as the pack's Assistant Cubmaster after serving as Cubmaster of Pack 3017 in Singapore. A Life Scout with Baloo and IOLS training, he works behind the scenes on the pack's planning and logistics while also diving head first into pack and den activities. Outside of scouting, Adam is usually cheering on his kids at their sporting events, behind a camera lens, or on skis or a snowboard. He and his wife Lisa moved to Mill Valley in 2025 with their two sons: Daniel, now a Scout with Troop 1, and James, a Bear in Pack 133.

Bear Den Leader

Jason Baker

Jason was a cub scout growing up in Pennsylvania. A proud parent of a Bear Scout in his second year with Pack 133, Jason will be Leader of a Bear Scout Den.

Wolf Den Leader

Catherine St. Clair

Catherine is in her third year of Scouting and is the proud parent of a Wolf Scout, along with her husband, Dustin, who serves as Assistant Cubmaster. She is excited to lead the Wolf Den this year and help its Scouts learn, grow, and have fun together.

AOL Den Leader

Stephen Czapiga

A proud parent of an Arrow-of-Light scout in his third year with Pack 133, Stephen is leading the AOL den in 2026-2027.

Webelos Den Co-Leader

Tom Messervy

Tom and his youngest son, Walker, are in their third year of Scouting. Tom is excited to be co-leading the Webelos Den with Buddy Johnson.

Tom and his wife, Stephanie, live in Tam Valley with Walker and their oldest son, Thomas.

Lion Den Leader

Tom Piro

Tom is thrilled to serve as the new Lion Den leader this year. A former Scout himself, Tom lives in Mill Valley with his wife, Anne, and their daughter, Grace, a student at Park School. Tom can't wait to share his love of outdoor adventures and family fun with Grace and her fellow Lion Den friends as they dive into all that Scouting has to offer.

Treasurer

Brien Porter

Brien was a cub scout in Southern California. His hobbies are skiing and scuba diving. He is a PADI certified divemaster. He has two children who are both scouts.

Tiger Den Co-Leader

Stephanie Toscano

A former high school ROTC member with training on the rifle team as a marksman and experience in orienteering, Stephanie grew up in San Antonio, Texas. She moved from San Francisco to Mill Valley in July 2020 with her husband (Cubmaster Eric) and two sons—one Tiger Scout (first grader) and one Troop 1 Scout (sixth grader). She has been involved in Scouting for several years, and this is her second year as a Den Leader. She is looking forward to preparing fun and educational programming for our Tiger Scouts!

Tiger Den Co-Leader

Stephen Sutherland

Growing up on a farm in Rocky Face, Georgia, Stephen learned the values of hard work, kindness, and community. A former Cub Scout who earned the Arrow of Light (Pack 2) and later becoming an Eagle Scout (Troop 111) in the Northwest Georgia Council, he believes Scouting gives every child a place to belong. He also believes Scouting prepares every Scout for life, helping them grow into confident, capable individuals who can stand on their own while serving and supporting others.

Stephen and his spouse have called Mill Valley home since 2016, where they are raising four children. He enjoys the outdoors, advocating for social justice, teaching piano to his children, and helping the next generation discover the same values, friendships, and adventures that shaped his own Scouting journey.

Scouting for Food Chair/Pack Committee

Lisa Klann

Lisa and her husband (Assistant Cubmaster Adam Klann), moved from Singapore to Mill Valley in 2025 with their two sons, Daniel (Arrow of Light) and James (Wolf). As Scouting for Food Chair, Lisa will be responsible for coordinating Scouting for Food, the Marin Council’s annual door-to-door community service food collection campaign that takes place each November.  The food collected from Scouting for Food will be donated to the SF-Marin Food Bank in San Rafael.

Webmaster and Derby Tech/Pack Committee

Mike Cialowicz

Mike grew up camping and exploring on the East Coast, and has lived in California for more than a decade. Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time biking and hiking with his three boys, as well as SCUBA diving, photography, and aviation. This is Mike's fifth year involved in scouting, and he relishes in helping the pack with any tech-related duties.

Assistant Recruiting Lead

Aramie McDonald

Aramie is a former New Yorker who moved to the Bay Area twenty years ago. She and her husband now live in Mill Valley with their 3 children and enjoy spending time in the great outdoors. Her youngest son joined Scouting last year and is now an Arrow of Light Scout. She is excited to help Pack 133 continue to grow its membership and welcome new Scouts.

AOL Den Co-Leader

Molly Branch

Molly Branch is a Den Co-Leader for the Arrow of Light Scouts this year, working alongside Den Leader Stephen Czpinga. Her son Banyan has been in Scouts since first grade and is now working toward his Arrow of Light. Molly brings years of Scouting and leadership experience to the den, including time as a Girl Scout Troop Leader and in Girl Scout Service Unit leadership. She was a Girl Scout herself for 12 years and earned her Silver Award, and she's an experienced outdoor enthusiast, first aider, and youth backpacker.
